Automatic Drying Rate Tester RF4008ADRT

The Automatic Drying Rate Tester is used to determine the evaporation time and evaporation rate when the specimen is being dropped a certain amount of water.

RF4008ADRT adopted a new design concept. The tester is divided into threes layers, the specimen preload area, the test area and the tested specimen collection area. The tested is fully automated, max. 80 specimens can be installed at the same time, and each specimen can be lifted to the test area to perform a series of actions, such as automatic laying the specimen to horizontal position, automatic water dripping, automatic detection of water diffusion, automatic weighing the dry weight and wet weight of specimens, automatic pick up the specimen, automatic queue weighing, automatic calculation of drying rates, etc. All functions are automatically executed, and after a batch of samples are placed, unmanned testing can be achieved under black light conditions.

(Ideal For Customers With Massive Testing Volume)

Up to 80 samples can be loaded per test, with 6 stations 

running  simultaneously.If fewer than 80 samples are 

available, new samples  can be added mid‑test for 

seamless operation. The entire testing process is 

fully automatic and intelligent.

Automatic Grabbing Mechanism

The robotic arm automatically grabs and flattens samples, 

identifies the serial number of each specimen, and accurately 

positions each specimen to its matching station.



Automatic Drip Device

Using high‑precision water injection pump, the drip sequence and amount are controlled by control software. The drip amount is in the range of 0.03‑0.45mL, and the drip accuracy is 0.03‑0.45mL ± 0.003mL. The drip amount can be set according to testing requirements, and the water absorption error can be set

Drip Diffusion Visual Recognition System

Using high‑definition industrial cameras, and recognition 

control software, it can identifythe time of moisture 

diffusion and recognize the fastest 

diffusion time of 0.01 seconds.



Weighing Device

Using high‑precision Mettler weighing device,

 can set weighing interval time, automatically 

recognize weighing queue order, maximum 

weighing 50g, weighing accuracy: 0.001g

13" Large-screen industrial all-in-one unit with touch-screen 

operation, wireless keyboard & mouse and USB expansion; 

space-saving concealed design. Auto-calculate test results.
